Hi! I’m Emma, a 17-year-old blogger about all things running, racing and training – including nutritious recipes which I have developed to help fuel my body in the best way possible. I try to keep it 100% real with you on my blog, not pretending to be anything that I’m not – such as an elite runner, professional sport’s adviser/ nutritionist or vegan-guru. I love running, I would say I’m above average, but I am by no means extraordinary. Through hard work, I hope to change that, but I know I have a long way to go before getting that England vest! I’m at sixth form college at the moment, juggling work, training, my family and my social life, which is no small feat, plus throwing in some recipe developing occasionally to mix things up and explore my creative side.
